Louise is a qualified Chartered Company Secretary, qualifying with The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) in 2018. Louise brings a wealth of experience having previously worked in listed organisations, large private companies and professional services.
Louise was appointed Company Secretary of Venture Life Group in September 2025 and is responsible for maintaining corporate governance standards, supporting the Board and its Committees, and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance for Venture Life Group Plc and its subsidiaries.
