Digital Marketing Manager – Email & Content

We’re seeking a digitally native marker to shape and execute owned and earned marketing channels across our portfolio of VLG brands. This is a hands-on role balancing strategy and execution, designed for someone passionate about growing consumer health brands online.
Reporting into our Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll lead email campaigns, define and manage editorial content calendars (aligned with SEO best practices), develop organic social plans as well as drive brand partnerships and digital collaboration to build engaged communities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and optimise all email campaigns and flows, working closely with brand and tech teams to evolve strategy over time.
  • Working closely with Brand Managers, lead the editorial calendar and content planning, informed by trend spotting, keyword research, and audience insights. Collaborate with copywriters and health experts to develop high-quality content including online articles, guides and landing pages.
  • Define strategic plans for organic socials (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) to grow and engage communities, managing a Marketing Executive who handles daily implementation.
  • Manage digital partnerships and collaborations with like-minded brands to extend brand reach and growth.
  • Use trend-tracking, social listening and audience insights to inform content planning and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Champion digital storytelling, ensuring each brand communicates with authenticity and impact across owned channels. Map content across email, web, and app experiences, ensuring cohesive customer touchpoints.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing with a focus on email campaigns, content strategy and organic social growth.
  • A track record of planning and executing email campaigns and flows with experience using email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo).
  • Solid understanding of SEO, editorial planning, and content creation workflows.
  • Solid understanding of organic social platforms including strategy, analytics and driving best-practise to grow brand community.
  • A data-driven mindset, able to interpret performance metrics and translate them into clear actions.
  • A knack for digital storytelling and bringing brands to life online in ways that feel authentic, and community led.
  • Strong experience liaising with copywriters, experts and designers.
  • A ‘can-do ‘attitude with an ability to work at pace.
  • Passion and desire to learn with ability to quickly grasp new things.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Efficient, organised, and able to multi-task across channels and brands.
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools for content research, ideation and efficiency.
  • Desired but not essential working in a similar role in a brand within the nutrition, health or wellness space.
