Senior Brand Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager with a proven record in brand management and a passion for Health & Wellbeing. You’ll lead all marketing activity for Health & Her, a fast-growing women’s health brand within Venture Life Group, owning the full strategy to ensure key messages, mission, and tone of voice are effectively delivered. Reporting to the Director of Brands, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including media buying, digital design, digital marketing, HCP, innovation, sales, and PR, to align ATL, paid, and organic channels. This role demands brand vision, strategic leadership, and hands-on project execution in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define the brand’s marketing calendar across key markets (including UK, Ireland, USA and Germany) and lead its successful implementation, delivering innovative and outstanding 360° campaign launches across all channels (digital, social, email, PR, in-store, etc.).
  • Manage the execution of consumer and retail marketing initiatives, including content creation, ATL campaigns, digital marketing campaigns, CRM/email marketing, and public relations.
  • Ensure all campaigns are on-brand and integrated for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with the Commercial and Innovation teams to plan and execute engaging product launches, campaigns, and events.
  • Drive buzz and awareness for new products or services, ensuring launch plans are creative and effectively communicated to both consumers and retail partners.
  • Collaborate with external contractors and agencies (e.g., web developers, digital marketing agencies, PR firms, and graphic designers) to execute marketing campaigns and produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Ensure all collaborators understand the brand guidelines and objectives, so that every touchpoint aligns with Health & Her’s brand identity.
  • Take ownership of the marketing budget.
  • Plan and allocate resources efficiently across campaigns and channels, matching objectives with appropriate spend to meet targets.
  • Track and report on budget usage to ensure ROI is maximised and financial objectives are met.
  • Leverage digital analytics tools and consumer insight data to monitor campaign performance and customer behaviour.
    Use these insights to drive continuous improvement – optimising campaigns in real-time and informing future marketing strategies for better relevance and ROI.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity in the health & wellness space.
  • Extrapolate trends and consumer insights to craft recommendations, adjust strategies, and identify new opportunities that will keep Health & Her ahead of the curve.

Role Requirements

  • A proven record of achieving high levels of brand growth and consumer engagement in an e-commerce or online business environment. You have driven successful campaigns that resulted in notable customer acquisition and retention improvements.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills within a digital-first business. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing is essential – you know how to build customer journeys and leverage data to increase engagement.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. You excel at building relationships and can work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. You are adept at briefing agencies and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. You are comfortable using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM analytics, Nielsen) and can adjust tactics based on what the data shows.
  • A self-motivated individual who can thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. You take initiative and think creatively to solve problems. You bring a can-do attitude and keep projects moving forward, even with limited information.
  • Excellent attention to detail in planning, executing, and reviewing marketing activities. You ensure consistency in brand messaging and quality across all channels.
  • An interest or background in women’s health is highly desirable. You should be empathetic when communicating about sensitive topics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Professional Marketing Qualifications (e.g., CIM) are a plus but not mandatory.
